Santon Downham circular walk

The bridge over the Little Ouse near St Helens Picnic Site is due to be closed for 5 weeks, from Monday 19 January to Friday 20 February 2026. This enables its replacement with a new bridge.

Church Lane will be closed except for access to private properties and All Saints Church. St Helen's picnic site car park will also be closed for the duration of the works.

Alternative car parking and toilet facilities are available at Forestry England's car park, post code IP27 0TJ. Information about diversion routes will be posted on the ground.
