Guidance for using the STAIR form

The Supporting Transitions And Inclusion Record (STAIR) form has improved functionality that allows the referrer to save 'in progress' records. To access this function, you must create a 'My Norfolk account' and log in when completing the referral form.

Register for a My Norfolk account

Creating a My Norfolk account is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to the sign-in page and click "Sign up now"
2. Enter your email address when prompted
3. Click "Send verification code" (just below the email field). A code will be sent to your email
4. Check your inbox, enter the verification code, and continue with the form
5. Create a password
6. Enter your first and last name
7. Click "Create" to finish setting up your account

Please note: You do not need a My Norfolk account to submit a referral. However, without an account, you won't be able to save your progress or return to the form later. The referral must be completed and submitted in one sitting, or it may time out.
