Our employee networks: Connecting, supporting, and empowering

Many hands together

Norfolk County Council is an inclusive organisation. As part of our commitment to our values and giving our employees a voice we have established a number of employee networks. 

Our employee networks provide a welcoming, safe space for employees with a shared characteristic to connect with each other and to discuss the workforce experience. As well as creating a sense of belonging and providing a place for peer support, these networks give employees a collective voice.

The Employee Network Engagement Group (ENEG) gives representatives from each network an opportunity to discuss workforce matters directly with our Chief Executive, Director for People, and colleagues dedicated to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
