By changing the conversations we have with residents and families, our ambition is to create bespoke support, acting early and preventatively to deliver effective outcomes for every individual.
With a growing and ageing adult population in Norfolk, our priority also remains that every resident who uses our services can easily access the support they need to keep healthy, independent, and connected in daily life.
