The fit4it programme is a fun, healthy lifestyle programme for young people aged 7–16.
fit4it provides children with the opportunity to learn about health and nutrition whilst taking part in different sports and team building activities. Classes run throughout Norfolk for juniors (7-12 years) and seniors (13-16 years).
