While many people will enjoy good mental health most of the time, lots of us have periods when we might not feel as good as we could. However, there are lots of easy, free things you can do to improve your wellbeing.

Five Ways to Wellbeing gives simple advice on things you can do to make yourself feel good, including being active, connecting with others, and learning. Generate your own personal action plan to improve your health by using this simple tool:

  • Visit the Active Norfolk website to find information about all sorts of sports and clubs to help you find an activity you will love 
  • There are many ways you can connect with others through your local library, both in person and online.

  • Norfolk and Waveney Mind offer reduced price counselling, group meet-ups and help getting back into employment
  • Volunteering is a great way of keeping busy and boosting your wellbeing
