Under the Primary Care Contract (PCC), general practices and pharmacies can deliver services that aim to improve and protect the health of our residents, including:

• Stop Smoking Services
• NHS Health Checks
• Sexual Health Services

Lots under the primary care contract

Lot 1: NHS Health Check Programme

• 1a: Identification and invitation of the eligible population
• 1b: Delivery of NHS Health Checks (including Standard Operating Procedures)
• 1c: Community records update

Lot 2: Sexual Health Services

• 2a: National Chlamydia Screening Programme, Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC), Pregnancy Testing
• 2b: Fitting and management of contraceptive implants & IUDs/IUSs

Lot 3: Stop Smoking Services

• 3a: Stop Smoking Service provision
• 3b: Supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and prescription-only medication
