Norfolk Rail Prospectus
Our Rail Prospectus sets out what we feel is required to make sure that rail can serve the needs and expectations of passengers, and to ensure that it continues to support Norfolk's economy and helps deliver the housing and jobs growth planned.
A public consultation on the Rail Prospectus was conducted in September 2024 and the Prospectus has been updated to reflect the views of residents, businesses and stakeholders given through the consultation. The Prospectus was adopted by Norfolk County Council Cabinet 3 March 2025.
