Register of declarations and deposits
Deposits of statements, maps and declarations about existing Public Rights of Way and Town or Village Green landowner statements
Government legislation requires that Norfolk County Council (the appropriate authority) keep a register which contains details of deposits of statements and maps and declarations made about existing Public Rights of Way made under section 31(6) of the Highways Act 1980 and Town or Village Greens made under Section 15A of the Commons Act 2006.

Search below to view the deposits and declarations registered with Norfolk County Council. A hard copy is also available at County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 2DH. If you would like to view the hard copy format please contact the Legal Orders and Registers Team at legalordersandregisters@norfolk.gov.uk and arrange an appointment.
The register will provide you with general information about the deposits and declarations.
If you are a landowner and wish to deposit a statement and map and/or a declaration under section 31(6) of the Highways Act 1980 or to deposit a statement under section 15A(1) of the Commons Act 2006, find out more about the application form and process.
