- Trunk roads (the A11, A12 and A47) are managed by Highways England
- Private roads are maintained by their owners
- Roads within Norwich which are covered by Norwich City Council
Essential maintenance on Tuesday 15 August
We’ll be carrying out essential maintenance to our systems this evening from about 5pm onwards and My Norfolk will not be available during that time.
You’ll still be able to report problems anonymously, without logging into your My Norfolk account, but you will not be able to track your report.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Typical problems may concern:
- Potholes (only include list and links if can go direct to relevant place in form – if not remove)
- Street lights
- Traffic lights
- Trees and verges

Once a fault is reported, an assessment is made to determine our response time based on the size and location of the fault.
For more information on our response times, read our Transport Asset Management Plan (PDF 20.2mb).
