Co-production and engagement

Asking people who use our services what they think about them, or how they have experienced them, is key to improving how we work.

It's easy to assume 'we know best', or get too focused on the job in hand and forget to ask the very people who matter what they think.

The more we ask, and the more we listen to what people tell us, the better we will be able to support people.

We've provided some information about how we carry out engagement and co-production and the work we're already doing in these areas.

The Co-production week celebration video will also give an insight into our approach to Co-Production and why we and experts think it as important.
