Climate policy

As a local authority, Norfolk County Council can help shape local climate action in a way that reflects the unique characteristics and priorities of Norfolk. 

The climate policy ensures that the Council's approach to climate change is part of the Council's policy framework which guides how the Council is run. This was unanimously endorsed by councillors in March 2024.
