Supporting Service Leavers to have a career in Social Care

Working with Norfolk and Suffolk Care Support Ltd, Norfolk's Armed Forces Covenant Board funded a series of case studies, including three short films. The films share the experiences of members of the armed forces community who have moved into careers in social care.

They show how skills gained through military service have supported their transition into social care and helped them succeed in their current roles.
