Norfolk Armed Forces Covenant
Norfolk's Armed Forces Covenant was signed at an official ceremony on 7 March 2012.
An Armed Forces Covenant is a voluntary statement of mutual support between a civilian community and the local armed forces community.
Norfolk County Council has signed the Covenant Pledge (PDF, 211 KB) to demonstrate its support, as an employer, to the armed forces community.
We have been awarded a Gold Award (opens new window) from the Ministry of Defence in national recognition of our commitment to support the armed forces community through our employment practices.
