Free public transport taster tickets
As an AtoBetter resident, you may be eligible for a public transport taster ticket, which can either be used to try the bus for free or to purchase train tickets via Greater Anglia.

Bus taster ticket
Your bus taster ticket will give you access to two, one week adult tickets. You can choose from one of the following operators:
- First (including Airport/Sprowston/Thickthorn Park and Ride). Please note that this option is temporarily unavailable as AtoBetter taster tickets until further notice due to the operator updating their app. Contact us if you have any questions.
- Konectbus
- Lynx
- Sanders
- Simonds
- Simonds (Harford/Postwick Park and Ride)
- West Norfolk Community Transport
First, Konectbus, Lynx, Sanders and Simonds tickets are issued via a smartphone app.
Greater Anglia Credit
This option is for £90 credit which can be used to purchase tickets on any Greater Anglia train service. This can be issued to your existing or new Greater Anglian account
