Planning SEND services together

Participation

It is important that the organisers and providers of SEND services and support in Norfolk, work together with children, families, and other organisations. We want children and families to be involved in every aspect of service planning, design and delivery.

We always strive to improve services and ensure that they are as good as they can be. We can achieve this by working together in co-production and taking the time to listen to, acknowledge and respect feedback and views on existing services.

Our joint commissioning framework (PDF) [1MB] outlines how education, health and social care decisions makers work together to plan services for children and young people with SEND in Norfolk.
