Our Local Offer tells you about all the support available in Norfolk for you as a care leaver.
It is a big step when you move out of care and start living on your own or with friends. Just because you are leaving care, or have already left, we haven't stopped caring about you. See our promise to you.
We want to make sure that you feel safe and supported and know where and who to go to for advice and help.
If you are under 18, visit Norfolk in Care Council to find support for young people in care.
Join our free weekly drop-in service for young people in care and care leavers aged 15 to 25.
