Give feedback on our services

Introduction

Make your voice heard.

It is important for us (Children's Services) to get your feedback. We always want to improve the service you and other care leavers and children in care get.

There are lots of ways you can tell us how we are doing.

  • You can be part of the Young Adult Forum and attend monthly meetings
  • You can also be involved in:
    • Children and young people's recruitment panels
    • Training of workers
    • Young inspectors
    • Focus groups

Speak to your personal adviser about how you can get involved.

Young Adult Forum

The Young Adult Forum is a Norfolk in Care Council group. Joining the group gives you the chance to feedback on the services you receive as a care leaver. You'll be able to speak to other care leavers and managers.

With your help, we can make sure the services we provide are what young adults need and want.

You can join if:

  • You are 18-25-years-old
  • You still have an open case with the leaving care team

The forum meets every third Tuesday in the month from 6pm-7.30pm. At the moment, these meeting are held on Zoom.
