Ceremony times
Ceremonies are held Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays on the hour between 10am and 4pm.
Capacity
The capacity is for 26 people (this includes children and babies) which includes the two witnesses and a photographer if you are having one, but does not include the couple and the two registrars. Outdoor ceremonies are not offered from this location.

Access
The ceremony room is on the ground floor of the building and is fully accessible.
Parking
There is parking available for the bridal car and for guests. If you need extra parking spaces there are multiple public car parks within walking distance of the hotel.
Animals
Animals are not allowed into the building, with the exception of service dogs.
Music
There is a Bluetooth speaker available for you to connect your device. You must bring your own music to the ceremony with you on your phone.
Photographs
You are welcome to take photos in the ceremony room and inside the hotel. Nearby, at the bottom of White Hart Street, photos can be taken next to the river.
Confetti
All confetti must be bio-degradable. Confetti is not permitted in the building but can be thrown outside the main entrance.
Waiting area
There is a small waiting area by the bar / lounge inside the hotel.
Ceremony arrival times
Couples can arrive up to one hour before the ceremony time.
Food and drink
No food or drink is allowed to be consumed in the ceremony room.
Smoking
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed.
Visiting with children
The venue has baby changing facilities and areas for buggies/pushchairs to be stored. The staff at the hotel will be able to assist with this.
