Before booking your celebrant registrar make sure you have read these pages:

If you would like your ceremony to take place on a Saturday in the summer, you need to book as early as possible, as these are our most popular ceremony slots.

The booking system shows only the available dates and times for ceremonies. If the time you want is not showing, it's because there is no availability and you will need to choose another available time.

We are accepting bookings via the online booking system for ceremonies taking place up until the end of 2028. We look forward to receiving your booking and helping you celebrate in Norfolk.

Approved venue ceremonies

Once you have decided on your venue, date and time you can book the celebrant registrar by using our online booking system.

This booking is just for the celebrant registrars to attend your ceremony; it is not a booking for the venue as well. You must speak to your chosen venue first to discuss their availability and fees, then make sure a celebrant registrar will be available before you confirm the booking with your venue.

Our ceremony suites

You can use our online booking system to book a ceremony at Norwich Castle and most of our other ceremony suites.

Small ceremonies in working offices

We hold small ceremonies in working registration offices on Monday mornings in Great Yarmouth, King's Lynn and Norwich. These ceremonies are only for the couple and two witnesses to attend.

These ceremonies are currently in high demand, and the next available dates are likely to be in 12 to 18 months' time. There is no waiting list for this service, and on the rare occasions where there is a cancellation, we are unable to contact couples to offer these spaces.
