Reablement liaison officer (RLO)
Reablement Liaison Officers (RLOs) are hybrid workers aligned to CQC registered area offices. A small number of roles include some overnight shifts.
The RLOs answer telephone calls from the public, staff and other professionals regarding services to people in their own homes.
What you'll be doing:
- Receiving one-off referrals for Swift Response via phone or via our computer system Liquid Logic and arranging for support workers to visit
- Under direction from an operational manager, setting up a series of planned visits for Norfolk First Support, using an electronic scheduling system
- Making sure that any planned visits are reassigned to another worker, in the event of short notice absence
- Assisting support workers in the community with queries about the people they visit, using information from case management and scheduling systems
- Working with managers, service users, families and other professionals

- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours
- IT skills
- Ability to remain calm during high pressure times
