Starts from the A1065 Fakenham Road at grid reference TF8369 1726 and proceeds generally northerly for approximately 1419 metres to a junction with the U35175 Plantation Road and the U35159 Lexham Lane at grid reference TF8333 1857. The route then continues generally northely along the U35159 Lexham Lane for approximately 1109 metres to meet the B1145 Lynn Road at grid reference TF8331 1966.
