To apply by post, for travel between:

• September 2025 and July 2026, use the printable application form 2025-26 (PDF, 103 KB). You should read the information sheet 2025 to 2026 (PDF, 160 KB) before applying.
• September 2026 and July 2027, use the printable application form 2026-27 (PDF, 91 KB). You should read the information sheet 2026 to 2027 (PDF, 251 KB) before applying.
