Please note:
- Once placed in a level within the Circle of Support, a family can use their credits to access activities and services in that level and any lower support levels. For example, a child in the Complex level can choose from suitable activities and services in the Complex, Additional and Universal levels.
- The activities and services that a family can access within a level is determined by the credits they're allocated.
As mentioned above, if you need an activity or service to meet your child's assessed needs and outcomes that isn't available on the list of approved providers, our Short Breaks Inclusion Coordinators will try to arrange for that activity or service to be added to the list.
However, if we're unable to do this, or if it's identified your child would benefit from a specific item or a (UK-based) family holiday, the Short Breaks team will be able to organise these for you. Alternatively, we may offer you a pre-paid card for a specific activity, item or UK-based family holiday. The team will discuss this with you when setting up your child's Short Breaks plan. Each child's plan will be bespoke to their assessed needs and outcomes.
