By analysing real-time labour market data and training offers, the group looks to identify gaps and mismatches between employer demand and existing skills supply.

This evidence-based approach allows stakeholders to understand the true value of digital skills for local employers. It also allows them to prioritise investment where it will have the greatest impact, ensuring skills development remains relevant and responsive to market needs.
