Redundancy Support Service

Norfolk County Council's Redundancy Support Service is a new initiative. It aims to deliver an integrated package of support for Norfolk's businesses and employees where there's a risk of redundancy.

We understand that, as an individual, the fear of losing your job can be very traumatic. It also raises lots of questions that you didn't think you'd need to ask.

Equally, as an employer, having to let trusted loyal members of your team go and needing to restructure your business is highly challenging.
