Final Development Consent Order and land acquisition information
On 24 September 2020, the Secretary of State for Transport approved our DCO application to construct, operate and maintain the bridge and its approaches.

General Vesting Declarations (GVD)
A GVD enables the County Council to take ownership of the land and/or rights associated with the scheme. The GVD process, to permanently acquire the land required for the scheme, is now largely complete and this land is now in our possession.
