Flourishing in Norfolk is our partnership strategy for children and young people. It is based on the Flourish ambition and shows our shared commitment to making this ambition a reality.

The strategy sets out how we will:

• Respond to the needs and aspirations of children and young people in Norfolk
• Work together so that all children and young people have access to the services and support they need to achieve their potential
