Renewing your age-related travel bus pass
Travel bus passes expire every five years. You will automatically receive a new age-related travel bus pass from us, shortly before your current pass expires.
If you have an age-related travel bus pass from an authority outside of Norfolk, you will need to complete a new application.
Contact us if you have not automatically received your new pass by the renewal date.
If your renewed travel bus pass gets sent to the wrong address
You must notify us and send proof of identity/address if your details or circumstances change, such as a change in address.
If you do not notify us at least four weeks before your pass is due to expire, your renewed pass may go to the wrong address. If so, you must pay £13.50 for us to update your details and reissue the pass to your new address.
