It isn't always easy to ask for help. You may not even realise that there is help available!

If you are a child or young person living in Norfolk, there are lots of services that can help you if:

  • You need support sometimes, or are struggling. Maybe your life isn't easy, through no fault of your own.
  • Your life at home is a bit different to other people your age. Perhaps you've had to grown up fast.
