Meet our new Vice Co-Chair Rachael

We're delighted to welcome Rachael as our new Vice Co-Chair!

Rachael is an active member of Independence Matters and plays a vital role on the Making It Real Board.

Rachael works closely with Working Together Groups across Norfolk, sharing information and helping to strengthen connections.

Looking ahead to 2026, Rachael will collaborate with Co-Chairs Martin Symons and Ian Wake to ensure co-production remains at the heart of Norfolk County Council.

Rachael is passionate about making a difference. Always ready to roll up sleeves and get involved, Rachael helps others understand what co-production really means in practice.
