Hiring meeting rooms at Norfolk libraries
Norfolk Libraries have several meeting rooms for hire. They range from small interview spaces to a lecture theatre.
We can provide video conferencing equipment, projectors and refreshments on request.
Prices from 1 April 2026
Equipment hire per session
- Projector and screen - £20 inc. VAT
- Plasma screen (where available) - included in room hire rate
- Owl video conferencing device - included in room hire rate (Call us on 01603 774777 to book this item)
- Flip chart and pens - included in room hire rate
- Refreshments - Hot water pump pots and mugs provided (serves 10) £20 per pot inc. VAT (booker to provide own provisions, tea/coffee etc)
- Jug of water - free of charge
- All printouts charged at normal rates - see our printing and copying charges
- Library PCs (limited availability during opening hours) - enquire via Central Support on 01603 774777, charges may apply
