Norfolk Crucial Crew
Crucial Crew is a multi-agency education project, led by Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service.
Crucial Crew events
With various partners we engage with Year 6 students across the county delivering safety messages in a fun and interactive way through hazards presented in a safe environment.
Our aim is to help children stay safe and learn valuable life skills. Young people are one of our best communication tools for spreading safety messages. They can share them with family, friends, carers, and the wider community and take forward these life skills into the future.
We will be delivering eight Crucial Crew events in Norfolk over the academic school year 25/26

What is 999?
999 is the UK's emergency number, meaning you can contact the right people to help you in every emergency situation. If you call 999, you can speak to the ambulance service, fire and rescue, police and the coastguard. The operator will ask what your emergency is and help the services respond in the best way.
You should only call 999 in an emergency. Our emergency services work hard to help people who are facing very difficult circumstances, so you should only call when there is a real emergency and you or someone you know needs help.
