Support for men

  • Menscraft - a Norfolk-based charity focusing exclusively on the health and wellbeing of men
  • Norwich Menshed - a community workshop for men to connect, converse and create
  • 8:56 Foundation - an organisation providing social, talking and online support for men, based in West Norfolk

  • The Silver Line Helpline - a free, confidential telephone service for older people providing 24/7 friendship and conversation

Support for young people and families

  • Just One Norfolk - support for children, young people and families across Norfolk
  • FYI Norfolk - health advice and information for 11- to 24-year-olds across Norfolk and Waveney, with trusted advice from NHS clinicians
  • Childline - support for children and young people. Call 0800 1111
  • ChatHealth - Support for those aged 11-19 in Norfolk. Text 07480 635 060
  • Kooth - Free anonymous mental wellbeing support for children, including online messaging service
  • PAPYRUS - help for people up to age 35 considering suicide. Call the 24/7 hopeline on 03001 022 470 or visit the website for support via text or email.
