Reactivate your library card
You will need to reactivate your library membership every three years. This is so we can make sure that your account information is up to date.
If we have your email address, we'll send you an email reminder 30 days before your library card expires.
How to reactivate
If your address is the same
If your address hasn't altered, you can reactivate your membership by:
- Emailing libraries@norfolk.gov.uk. Read our privacy notice to find out how we use your personal information
- Calling 0344 800 8020
If your address has changed
You'll need to provide proof of your new address before you can reactivate your library card. How to update your library account details.
When you put in your request to update your address, make sure you ask to reactivate your card at the same time.
