Update your library account details
Change email or telephone number
Log in to your library account to update your email and/or phone contact details.
Change your name
Visit your local library to update your name.
We do not charge for replacing cards because of a name change for reasons such as marriage or divorce.
Please bring proof your new name to get a replacement card.
Change your address or other details
To update your address or make any other changes to your account:
- Visit your local library with valid proof, or
- Email a scanned copy, or photograph, of your document to [email protected]. Read our privacy notice to find out how we use your personal information
Accepted documents include:
- Driving licence
- Council tax bill
- Recent utility bill (electricity, gas, or telephone)
Note: If you've moved within Norfolk, your record will be updated once we receive proof. If you've moved outside Norfolk, please contact your new local library.
