Lost or damaged cards
If you lose your library card, let us know as soon as possible to prevent anyone else using it by calling 0344 800 8020.
We can give you a replacement library card at any library. Bring some proof of identification.
Lost cards
If you lose your card we charge:
- £2 to replace an adult's card
- 50p to replace a child's card
Stolen or damaged cards
We do not charge to replace library cards that are reported stolen, or for cards that have become damaged through reasonable wear and tear.
