The scheme has:

  • 50 one-bed affordable rent apartments
  • 11 two-bed affordable rent apartments.

Adjacent to the site, Lovells Later Living are also building bungalows for sale, available for those aged 55 and over.

Facilities on site will include:

  • a café
  • hairdresser
  • activity room
  • communal lounge
  • assisted bathroom
  • resident and guest parking with electric charging points

  • communal gardens.

Residents will have peace of mind with 24/7 on-site care and support.

Located near a range of local amenities and services, the scheme is an ideal location for Independent Living and is only a short walk to the nearest bus stop, providing regular services to other local areas.

Further information, including how to apply for the scheme, will be published in due course.

The scheme is part of a wider housing development by Lovell and Lovell Later Living which includes 60 general needs homes and 39 Later Living bungalows.
