Meadow Walk is now open and ready for you to move in!
Meadow Walk is a 66-apartment independent living scheme in North Fakenham, near the medical centre - see the map below. It is made up of 30 affordable rent apartments and 36 shared ownership apartments, with one and two bedroom flats available.
Housing 21 manage and provide on-site care at Meadow Walk.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for an Independent Living rental apartment you will need to be aged over 55 years and have a minimum care need of four hours a week.
How can I move in to one of these apartments?
Step 1 - arrange a visit to view a Meadow Walk by contacting Housing 21 (details above) to ensure that this home is right for you.
Step 2 - you will need to get a care assessment. Contact our adult social care team and ask to get a Housing with Care assessment. You can also visit Norfolk County Council's Adult Social Care website.
Step 3 - you need to register for Your Choice Your Home on the North Norfolk District Council's website or call 01263 516375 for assistance with registering.
