A 30 one bed apartment scheme in Great Yarmouth. All 30 one bed apartments are social rent, with new residents being accepted from 60 years of age. The whole site is accessible by wheelchair and there are some properties which are fully adapted for wheelchair users.

The town centre boasts a variety of public houses, a bakery, butcher, general stores, supermarket, Post Office and a sheltered outdoor market with plenty of fruit & veg and chip stalls.
