About the New Roads service
New Roads is an integrated service. It is for young people aged 12-25 years, who our Children's Services teams are already supporting. It offers young people:
- A dedicated team that provides the help and support they need to achieve their potential
- A mix of short-term residential beds and outreach support

About the team
The New Roads team:
- Work hard to try and keep children with their families
- Have a comprehensive therapeutic practice model. This combines signs of safety and restorative practice.
- Are trauma-informed
- Include a Speech and Language Therapist and Life Coach
Where New Roads is based
The New Roads service works out of two hubs. One in Dereham and one in Norwich.
