About the New Roads service

New Roads is an integrated service. It is for young people aged 12-25 years, who our Children's Services teams are already supporting. It offers young people:

  • A dedicated team that provides the help and support they need to achieve their potential
  • A mix of short-term residential beds and outreach support

About the team

The New Roads team:

  • Work hard to try and keep children with their families
  • Have a comprehensive therapeutic practice model. This combines signs of safety and restorative practice.
  • Are trauma-informed
  • Include a Speech and Language Therapist and Life Coach

Where New Roads is based

The New Roads service works out of two hubs. One in Dereham and one in Norwich.
