The scheme will consist of:

- 21 two-bedroom affordable rent apartments (71 m2)
This scheme is located next to the St James Medical Practice.
Facilities on site will include:

- Ample car parking (with electric charging points) for residents and guests with accessible bays
- A visiting guest bedroom
- Mobility scooter storage
- A lift to all floors
