Norfolk Learning Disability Service
The Norfolk Learning Disability Service supports adults aged 18 and older who have been diagnosed with a learning disability. They are a team of health and social care professionals from Norfolk County Council and Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust. Together they provide a range of support services to people with learning disabilities.
To receive support from this team you must have a learning disability and be registered with a Norfolk GP.
