Opening times

The office is open by appointment only. If you turn up without an appointment you will not be able to speak to a registrar. There are administrative staff at the Archive Centre Norwich and the King's Lynn Office from Monday to Friday and also the Great Yarmouth Office from Tuesday to Thursday.

On rare occasions offices may be closed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Thursdays, 9.30am to 1.30pm by appointment only.

The office is occasionally open at other times and on other days of the week. When booking your appointment online the system will show you if any other days or times can be booked.

Parking

There is very limited parking on site, but there is public car parking nearby on Mount Street, Chapel Street and Shelfanger Road.

Accessibility

There is good wheelchair access via the rear of the building and a disabled parking space available. There is also a disabled toilet on the ground floor.
