Opening times
The office is open by appointment only. If you turn up without an appointment you will not be able to speak to a registrar. There are administrative staff at the Archive Centre Norwich and the King's Lynn Office from Monday to Friday and also the Great Yarmouth Office from Tuesday to Thursday.
On rare occasions offices may be closed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Monday 10.15am to 4.30pm (closed for lunch 12.45pm to 1.45pm)
Tuesday and Thursday 10.15am to 12.45pm
The office is occasionally open at other times and on other days of the week. When booking your appointment online the system will show you if any other days or times can be booked.
Accessibility
On entering the library, speak to a member of staff who will give you access to the Registration Office. The office is located on the first floor and can be accessed via stairs or lift.
Ceremonies

Parking
There is no dedicated parking for the registration office but there is a free public car park at the back of the library, along with several other public car parks in Thetford.
