Opening times

The office is open by appointment only. If you turn up without an appointment you may not be able to speak to a registrar. There are administrative staff at the Archive Centre Norwich, King's Lynn Office and the Great Yarmouth Office Monday to Friday 9.30am-4.30pm. 

On rare occasions offices may be closed due to circumstances beyond our control. 

The North Walsham Office is open Tuesday to Friday (also some Saturdays throughout the year) 

Tuesday 9.30am-4.30pm  

Wednesday 9.30am-6.30pm

Thursday - 9.30am-4.30pm

Friday 9.30am-2.30pm

Saturday 9.30am-4pm

The office is occasionally open at other times and on other days of the week. When booking your appointment online the system will show you if any other days or times can be booked. 

Parking

Pay and Display parking is available within close walking distance of the registration office. There is no general customer parking at the office, however there is a disability parking space behind the building.

Accessibility

The office is located on the ground floor of the building and is fully accessible. There is a disabled toilet available on the same floor
