Mental health services for 0 to 25 year olds
If you're under 25, or supporting someone who is, there's now a simple way to ask for mental health support. All referrals go through Just One Number. They make sure your request is sent to the right service quickly. Local services work together so children, young people and families don't have to contact lots of different organisations to get help.
Visit the Just One Norfolk website for more information and to make a referral.
How to request support:
- Log in or create an account on Just One Norfolk or FYI
- Choose the referral option that applies to you. Referrals can be made by professionals, parents/carers, or young people themselves.
- Once submitted, your referral will go through a triage process. This means a team reviews the information, considers your age and circumstances, and directs it to the most appropriate service (for example, Ormiston Families or NSFT). Not all services are available to every age group, so this step ensures you are matched to the right support.
- You and your GP will receive confirmation of where your referral has been sent.
