Norfolk and Waveney Adult Social Care Workforce Strategy

This strategy aims to:

  • Grow and transform the workforce: attract new workers and retain staff through career development
  • Value the workforce: ensure staff feel motivated and equipped to meet care demands. This includes supporting both formal staff and volunteers.

The strategy emphasises the need for registered managers and care business owners to develop strong business skills to grow services and invest in their workforce.
