Opening times

The office is open by appointment only. If you turn up without an appointment you will not be able to speak to a registrar. There are administrative staff at the Archive Centre Norwich and the King's Lynn Office from Monday to Friday and also the Great Yarmouth Office from Tuesday to Thursday.

On rare occasions offices may be closed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Tuesday to Friday (also at least two Saturdays a month) 9.30am to 4.30pm by appointment only.

The office is occasionally open at other times and on other days of the week. When booking your appointment online the system will show you if any other days or times can be booked.

Parking

There are a few spaces to the rear of the building, however, parking cannot be guaranteed. Please be aware there are ongoing roadworks and road closures in North Walsham. 

Accessibility

There is good wheelchair access via a ramp and double doors into the building.  There is a disabled toilet available on the same floor.
