MyNorfolk account update

We are making changes to improve the MyNorfolk account. In the meantime, from 13 May, you will be invited to update your account if you want to use it to submit certain requests. You can still use the same email and password to sign in, but you will need to provide some contact information again.

After 13 May, you will not be able to see requests you made before then, but you will still get email updates on existing requests. We will also be reducing the range of services we offer in the account temporarily. We're sorry for this inconvenience.

You can use a My Norfolk account to:

Report a highways problem - this is for problems you need us to fix or repair. It's not for general enquiries or other information.
Apply for a skip licence
Apply for a scaffold licence
Apply for, renew or change an approved venues licence
Access your fostering or adoption account, if you have one
Apply for a vehicle access (dropped kerb)
